MEN'S GRILL/LOCKERROOM BARTENDER

Responsible For

• Verifying age requirements
• Mixing drinks and pairing tastes
• Maintaining a clean bar and bar supplies
• Stocking the bar
• Cutting fresh fruit and garnishing drinks
• Discarding old fruit/garnishes
• Helping manage bar inventory
• Processing member accounts/payments

Requirements

• Must be male
• Basic bartending knowledge (standard pour, different liquors)
• Ability to develop relationships with the membership
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Available to work evening shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Outgoing, upbeat personality willing to learn
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation required
• Able to stand/walk for several hours, maintain composure in high stress situations, and efficiently manage workload
