Bartender - Sports Bar

Responsibilities

• Prepares drinks correctly for guests at the bar and beverage servers.
• Serve alcohol according to the company alcohol policy.
• Maintain par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar.
• Follow company policies related to dealing with received revenue, signing out banks or drawers, and closing out revenue centers.
• Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
• Use daily maintenance of all bar equipment and POS systems.
• Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to successfully complete TIPS training and receive a Basset Card.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Knowledge of all bar equipment usage, Alcohol Beverage Control regulations, and gaming laws.
• Ability to professionally handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.

Physical Demands

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 40#), stretch, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time.

Environmental

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Pay

Target Salary Range $15.00 Plus Tips
