Memory Care Coordinator - LPN/RN - Cardinal View Senior Living

Duties

• Schedule and perform rounds in memory care to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
• Absorb responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments for memory care residents.
• Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the memory care resident/tenant population.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as an LPN/RN.
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Pay

RN $32.00-$37.50, wage based on experience.
LPN $27.00-$32.50, wage based on experience

Schedule

Full Time Days, including Manager on site rotation
