Full Time Salary exempt position available. Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Starting at $45,000/year; higher pay based on experience.

Scope of Supervision
- Supervises Connections Associates and other Associates participation in Connections activities.
- May serve as the Community Life Team Leader.
- Liaisons with all other Members of the Leadership Team.
- Provides guidance, direction and training to Resident Associates regarding Connections implementation.
- Serves as Manager on Duty as required.
Responsibilities
- Ensures resident safety at all times.
- Embraces Culture Change and resident-centered philosophies.
- Ensures compliance with documentation and record keeping to meet current regulatory compliance standards.
- Completion of interest and participation assessments on admission and quarterly thereafter.
- Prepare and update a Connections Plan for each resident within 7 days of admission and quarterly thereafter.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Connections program of the community.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma required; a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or another related field is preferred.
- Certification as Professional is required.
- Previous management experience in healthcare or service-related setting.
- Computer literate.
- Must have a valid State Drivers License with appropriate CDL class.
- Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
- Experience in program design, planning and implementation is desired.
