Membership Service Team Member - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Membership Service Team Member to positively impact the community through member engagement and goal achievement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting members and participants with their needs, including registration and troubleshooting
• Building strong relationships with members and guests of all ages
• Providing customer service support to members, program participants, and guests
• Sustaining members' wellness goals

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• A willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y
• Experience with cash handling and ability to reconcile shift transactions
• Enjoyment from working with members and building positive relationships
