Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to members, program participants, and guests.
- Aid members and participants with their needs, including program and membership registration, troubleshooting issues, and supporting members' wellness goals.
- Build strong relationships with members and guests of all ages.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- At least one year of experience in customer service.
- Willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y.
- Experience with cash handling and ability to reconcile shift transactions.
- Enjoyment from working with members and building positive relationships.
