The Role
You will deliver high-quality support and engagement activities that help strengthen, retain and grow our client’s membership network. Acting as a key point of contact for members, you will deliver excellent customer service, provide advice and support, and help to ensure members can access the services and benefits available to them. You will also lead on membership engagement activities, including events, communications, renewals and campaigns, while monitoring emerging member needs and supporting the delivery of our client’s annual convention.
- Support membership renewal campaigns and processes
- Deliver the membership recruitment strategy and support recruitment targets
- Respond to enquiries from potential and new members
- Maintain accurate membership records and preferences
- Create mailing lists and support member data analysis
- Aid with the design, distribution and evaluation of member surveys
About You
- At least three years’ experience in a similar membership role
- A track record of managing successful events
- Experience of delivering successful member engagement and recruitment activity and campaigns
- Experience of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent working knowledge of bulk invoicing, chasing and other renewal processes
- A good understanding of local community organisations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Salary starting at £35,995, incrementally increasing to £40,194 (excluding London Weighting of £4,500, depending on location)
