Responsibilities

• Greet Members and maintaining flow of sessions
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Respond to customer questions, issues, and scheduling sessions
• Respond to new leads entering the system
• Cook up consultations and walk new bookings through their first sessions
• Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service

Requirements

• Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passion for health and wellness
• Strong Follow-up and organizational skills

COMPENSATION

$20.00 per hour

This BODY20® franchised studio is independently owned and operated under license by BODY20 Global USA LLC ("Franchisor"). Your application will go directly to the franchise studio owner, and all hiring decisions will be made by the studio owner or its management. Franchisor does not have any direct or indirect control over the franchised studio's employment practices. All inquiries about employment at this BODY20® franchised studio should be made directly to the studio owner, not to Franchisor.
