About the Role

The Member Value Personal Banker contributes to the success of the branch by identifying and executing ways to deepen and grow member relationships with FourLeaf through proactive effort. This role prioritizes members’ best interests while matching FourLeaf products and services to enrich their lives and provide maximum value. It is a revenue-producing position with a variable pay component tied to goal attainment, critical for growing deposit and loan share within the market.

Responsibilities

  • Sales
    • Proactively outreach to members and prospects to meet sales goals through a consultative needs discovery process.
    • Meet deposit unit and dollar sales goals.
    • Execute proactive activities to grow membership and balances for both loans and deposits.
    • Partner with assigned FourLeaf Financial Group Advisor to set investment appointments for members.
    • Collaborate with the Business Banking team to develop opportunities with prospects and members.
    • Uncover opportunities for auto, home equity, business, and residential loans.
    • Cross-sell products and services such as direct deposit, credit/debit cards, and online/mobile banking.
    • Be accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Operations
    • Process transactions using FourLeaf systems in accordance with policies and procedures, including account openings and maintenance for consumer, business, and fiduciary accounts (e.g., Estate, Trust, Guardianships, IRAs).
    • Assess and identify the best lending products for members, including submitting applications, completing disbursements, and managing closings for all loan products, including Home Equity Products.
    • Perform financial transactions, including teller duties such as processing Speed Deposit and Night Drop transactions.
    • Make sound decisions adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., check holds, funds availability).
    • Identify red flags based on risk guidelines and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
  • Member Experience
    • Act as a trusted advisor using a consultative sales approach to grow the branch market.
    • Make sound recommendations for products and services that benefit members, including referrals to business partners.
    • Provide exceptional member experiences by cultivating relationships, identifying needs, analyzing account/loan data, and resolving issues.
    • Maintain high member satisfaction through professionalism, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
    • Communicate marketing promotions and services provided by business partners.
    • Educate and assist members with technology and self-service options to enhance their omnichannel banking experience.
    • Contribute to lobby management by welcoming members and assisting with platform services.
  • Compliance
    • Support branch operations by participating in opening/closing procedures, daily reports, and audit tasks.
    • Maintain controls, reconciliations, and reports (e.g., verifying currency, balancing cash boxes/recyclers, CTRs, SARs).
    • Stay abreast of and adhere to policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
    • Identify emerging risks and fraud trends to minimize exposure.
    • Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Office of Foreign Asset Control requirements.
  • Strategy
    • Participate in the success of individual, branch, region, Retail Banking, and organizational goals by meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
    • Enhance sales conversations to drive deposits and loans by obtaining member relationships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated sales and service success.
  • NYS Notary Public License.
  • NMLS License.
  • Proficiency in PC, Windows, and Internet.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.

Pay

The estimated salary for this role is $28.85 per hour plus commission.

Monday to Saturday availability required.
