Account Receivable Representative
About the role
At Watkins Wellness, operational excellence depends on accurate financial processes behind the scenes. As an Accounts Receivable Representative, you'll help ensure customer payments, account activity, and financial records are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting both the business and the dealer experience. Your work plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of Accounts Receivable operations and the financial information used to support decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you'll combine attention to detail with problem-solving and collaboration. You'll support reporting activities, month-end close processes, audits, and continuous improvement efforts that help strengthen the effectiveness of the Accounting team and support the ongoing success of Watkins Wellness.
Responsibilities
- Monitor banking and payment portals, review and validate daily payment files, apply customer payments, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled within dealer accounts.
- Research short pays, reconcile account activity, resolve payment variances, and work across multiple information sources to maintain accurate dealer ledger balances and account records.
- Validate and upload credit and debit memo files, process account adjustments and write-offs, and complete dealer account maintenance activities in accordance with company guidelines and approval requirements.
- Organize and manage daily and monthly Accounts Receivable records, including banking reports, remittance documentation, account maintenance requests, refund requests, and other supporting files to ensure records remain complete, accessible, and audit-ready.
- Communicate with financial institutions, dealers, and internal departments to resolve questions, support payment processing activities, and provide timely information through email, Teams, and phone interactions.
- Support management reporting and presentations, assist with month-end close and audit activities, provide backup support to Credit and Collection Representatives, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 to 3 years of related experience or training in an accounting environment.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and concepts.
- Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- ERP system experience helpful.
- Accurate alpha and numeric data entry skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize work.
- Excellent research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments, service providers, and customers.
- Ability to prepare reports, worksheets, charts, schedules, procedures, and other business documents, and present information to coworkers, managers, and leadership.

Pay
Hiring range: $19.90 - $31.18 per hour. Many factors affect actual compensation including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
Schedule
Full time, Shift 1 (10-hour shift in the United States of America).
The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
