The Member Support Team plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to members of The Alaska Club. This team is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming member inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Resolve member issues efficiently and provide solutions to improve their experience.
  • Follow up with members to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and find effective resolutions.

Requirements
