Member Support Team: East (Opening Shift)
About the role
The Member Support Team plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to members of The Alaska Club. This team is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming member inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve member issues and complaints efficiently
- Provide accurate and timely responses to member requests
- Follow up with members to ensure their needs are met
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Basic computer literacy including email and internet navigation

Pay
The salary range for this position is $20,000 - $25,000 annually.
