About the role

The Member Support Team plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to members of The Alaska Club. This team is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming member inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve member issues and complaints efficiently
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to member requests
  • Follow up with members to ensure their needs are met
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Basic computer literacy including email and internet navigation

Pay
