Your New Role
Pay Range: $17.15 - $18.46 / hour; based on experience.
Hours: Open availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Create unforgettable experiences for our current and future members by providing warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and ensuring the club looks its best with daily cleaning tasks.
- Share information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engage in club tours.
- Maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks.
- Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries.
- Partner with leadership to resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services.
- Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends).
- Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person.
- A team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- The ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed.
Preferences
- Previous customer service experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual.
Physical Abilities
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed.
