Kids Club Team Member - New Opening

Your New Role

Pay Range: $17.15 - $18.46/ hour; based on experience.
Hours: Open availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable experiences for Chuze members and their children.
• Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member, guest, and their children, including sign-ups, checking children in and out, answering phones, and running fun, enriching activities for children.
• Uphold a positive, friendly, and caring rapport with children and their guardians, prioritizing safety within the Kids Club and addressing guardian concerns as needed.
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members and their children in the Kids Club.
• Support a seamless member experience by maintaining knowledge of general front desk operations, including membership offerings, club tours and amenities, and point-of-sale transactions.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of previous childcare experience
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person
• Able to maintain a positive rapport with children
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Able to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed

Preferences

• Previous customer service experience
• Bilingual

Physical Abilities

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
