Your New Role

Responsibilities
- Lead your team in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for our little Chuzers and their families.
- Welcome and provide excellent customer service to members and guardians, overseeing fun and safe activities with children.
- Ensure the Kids Club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks.
- Mitigate elevated behavioral issues and parent/guardian concerns, working closely with leadership on solutions.
- Provide real-time feedback to Kids Club Chuzers and partner with the General Manager on performance reviews and recruiting new talent.
- Maintain daily operations, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, incident reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Support a seamless member experience by maintaining knowledge of general front desk operations.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in Childcare
  • 1 year of experience leading a team
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person
  • Able to maintain a positive rapport with children
  • Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Able to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed

Preferences

  • Bachelor's degree or current continued education in early childhood education
  • Bilingual

Physical Abilities

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
