Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Member Services Specialist to join a reputable client in Amherst, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to members by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the member experience and service delivery.
• Aid members in understanding and accessing services and benefits.
• Communicate effectively with members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions.
• Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or member services role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, during standard business hours on the 1st shift.
