Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Process loan applications and assist with account maintenance
- Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
- Adhere to all financial cooperative policies and regulatory requirements
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information securely
