Member Service Representative I- On Site

Summary Of Primary Functions

Under supervision, responsible for promoting credit union products and services through telephone or in-person interactions. Provide member counseling on various services, with a focus on current promotions. Perform assigned member transactions as needed. May support other departments up to 75% of the time, including handling inbound and outbound member service phone calls.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One to three years’ experience in a financial institution, with success in account opening, member service, loan processing, and funding
• Advanced knowledge of credit union products and services
• Ability to manage workflow under minimal supervision
• Effective organizational and communication skills, emphasizing professionalism and high-quality member service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Advanced knowledge of the credit union’s core system

Pay

Compensation and job title are commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:

• MSR I - $23.07/hr to $25.00/hr
• MSR II - $25.87/hr to $27.00/hr
