Honey Homes is a membership service for homeowners that provides ongoing maintenance, repairs, and coordination services through a simple app. Members are matched with a dedicated handyperson. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, Honey Homes aims to simplify homeownership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home Renewal Consultations to assess home health, identify maintenance opportunities, and build a year-ahead plan.
• Document findings, create scopes of work, and coordinate with operations team to ensure successful follow-up visits.
• Build trust with homeowners by asking insightful questions, explaining maintenance issues clearly, and providing actionable advice.
• Identify and prioritize home maintenance needs, ensuring homeowners are aware of upcoming projects and the value of their Honey Homes membership.
• Ensure every home has a clear plan and every homeowner feels informed, cared for, and excited about their home's future.

Requirements

• Natural consultative skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable visiting homes and making homeowners feel at ease.
• Understanding of basic home maintenance and curiosity to learn more.
• Highly organized with the ability to document and organize information effectively.
• An eye for detail and ability to notice potential issues before they become major problems.
• A passion for startups and a desire to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• No prior experience as a licensed contractor is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle necessary for regional driving.
