About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to financial products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process transactions and assist with account maintenance.
- Provide educational resources on financial products and services.
- Monitor and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid NJ driver’s license.
- Pass a background check.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
