About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process transactions and assist with account maintenance.
• Provide educational resources on financial products and services.
• Monitor and escalate complex issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ driver’s license.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule
