About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to financial products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process transactions and provide account information.
- Resolve member complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Train new employees and assist with ongoing training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
