About the Role

We are seeking a Full‑Time Member Relationship Representative for our Alpena location. In this fast‑paced, people‑focused role you will be the face of the credit union, delivering outstanding service, handling daily financial transactions with accuracy, meeting member‑education and service goals, and promoting a wide range of products that help members thrive.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service as the primary point of contact.
• Accurately process daily financial transactions.
• Achieve member‑education and service targets.
• Promote credit union products and services that meet member needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (must be maintained).
• Previous experience in a credit union, financial institution, cash handling, customer service, sales, or a related field (preferred).

Skills

• Strong desire to help people solve problems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Warmth and professionalism in every interaction.
• Customer service or financial experience (bonus points).
