Client Relationship Representative

As a Client Relationship Representative, you will work closely with your team, communicating about financial news, current events, and daily challenges. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team to deliver results based on goals created by tastyfx
- Act as a liaison between the team and executives to create synergy for the RFED business
- Assist with developing and directing the RFED business
- Execute orders for US clients on FX
- Help clients with inquiries about their positions, trades, statements, platform issues, and payments
- Demonstrate impeccable active listening skills on every call, focusing on understanding rather than responding
- Proactively outreach to new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding and funding journey
- Act as a point of contact for clients, enhancing their experience, building rapport, and growing positive relationships
- Assist the team with strategic business ideas and provide useful input
- Encourage and offer opinions to enhance business functions, processes, and technology
- Input trades and verify the day’s trades
Requirements
- Self-motivated individual who can deliver measured results
- At least 1-4 years of related industry experience
- Knowledge of financial markets and daily interest in economic and market events
- Strong customer service and client engagement skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially when liaising with clients
- Open to being registered and authorized with the NFA to carry out this function
Qualifications
- Series 3 and Series 34 licenses strongly preferred
- Candidates without the Series 3 at the time of hiring will be expected to obtain it within six weeks of starting
- Candidates without the Series 34 at the time of hire will be expected to obtain it within an agreed timeframe discussed with the hiring manager
Pay
Salary Range: $55,000–$83,900
Discretionary Performance Bonus: 5–10% of base salary based on individual and company performance.
