Client Relations Representative

Job Summary

Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls—warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
• Assist with walk-in clients
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
• Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
• Take and upload payments

Position Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Great active listening skills with a patient and empathetic attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced
• Strong computer literacy
• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

Education And Experience

• Prior Customer Service Experience desired
