About the role
As a Member Relationship Advocate, you will be responsible for enhancing member satisfaction and loyalty through proactive outreach and support.Responsibilities
- Engage in regular communication with members to understand their needs and concerns.
- Resolve member inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members to build trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
