About the role
As a Member Relationship Advisor I., you will provide exceptional customer service to members in a variety of settings including branch offices, call centers, and online platforms. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that member needs are met promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive outreach to members to build and maintain relationships.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to banking services, products, and account management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and member activity.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and product offerings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
