Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality member service in a fast-paced environment
• Resolve complex member inquiries and issues
• Maintain positive relationships with members through regular visits
• Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
