Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality member service in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve complex member inquiries and issues
- Maintain positive relationships with members through regular visits
- Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
