About the role
The Member Relations Agent / Marketer plays a key role in growing and engaging TLCF’s network of families, supporters, and community members. You’ll promote TLCF’s tutoring, mentorship, and youth support programs through direct outreach, social marketing, and community connections. You’ll be the friendly face behind our follow-ups, helping TLCF stay present, responsive, and uplifting in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Direct outreach to families and supporters through phone calls, emails, and social media
- Create and manage social media content to engage the TLCF community
- Organize and participate in community events and campaigns
- Follow up with supporters to maintain relationships and provide updates on TLCF’s work
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Passion for social impact and working with youth and families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license required
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Part-time contract role, ~10–15 hrs/week with flexible scheduling. Some evening or weekend availability may be needed during events or campaigns.
