Agent Relations Coordinator

About The Role

We’ll help connect VUR customers with real estate agents, support agent onboarding, respond to customer service inquiries, assist with troubleshooting technology and applications, monitor shared inboxes, review agent payments, and keep detailed records of inquiries, requests, issues, and their resolutions.

• Comfortable interpreting and analyzing numbers and data to support decisions
• A strong communicator who can clearly share information both verbally and in writing
• Time management and organization skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fast-paced, results-driven environment experience
