Member of Technical Staff, Principal Biostatistician

Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical evaluation plans for Ataraxis AI models.
• Write applications for access to data from completed clinical trials.
• Evaluate AI models on data from completed clinical trials.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists.
• Collaborate on research projects with academic and industrial partners.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions.
• Present findings to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
• Mentor junior biostatisticians and data scientists.

Qualifications

• PhD degree in statistics or biostatistics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong track record of publications in biostatistics.
• Significant experience in developing statistical plans for analysis of clinical studies, especially data from oncology clinical trials.
• Strong problem-solving skills, experience with data visualization and reproducible research practices.
• Excellent skills in Python and R.
• Proficiency in handling large and complex biomedical datasets, including genomic, imaging, and clinical data.
• Expertise in survival analysis, Bayesian methods and causality.
• Familiarity with modern machine learning methods.
