Principal Biostatistician

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Biostatistician to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will provide statistical leadership across multiple clinical trials and support key study activities from analysis through reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders on product development and regulatory submissions while serving as a trusted biostatistics partner to project teams. The position also offers the opportunity to shape statistical methodology, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements in a highly regulated environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,000 – $186,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as statistical lead on multiple clinical trials Coordinate analyses for study reports and provide programming support Collaborate with stakeholders on new product development and regulatory submissions Represent Biostatistics on project teams and communicate project status Research and recommend novel statistical methodologies Mentor junior statisticians and assist in resource allocation Compile documents for audits and contribute to process improvements Qualifications Ph.D. or equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with 2 years of experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of experience Expertise in R and additional statistical software packages Experience with CDISC standards and regulatory compliance for clinical trial data Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior staff Benefits Competitive salaries and performance-based incentives Wide variety of benefits programs to meet diverse needs Comprehensive support for employee wellness and family needs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
