About the role
We are seeking a Member of Product, Custody to join our team. This position will be full-time and remote.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality custody solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Contribute to the design and development of custody systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
- Support the implementation and maintenance of custody systems
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in custody technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or software development
- Experience with custody-related technologies and regulations
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of custody-related laws and regulations
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with database management systems
- Understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure services
- Experience with version control systems like Git
