About the Role
A strategic product leader responsible for transforming the Talent & Learning ecosystem into a skills-driven, AI-enabled platform that enhances employee growth, internal mobility, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Talent & Learning product strategy.
- Build roadmap aligned to skills-based organization, career development, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline.
- Bring deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, learning management, and learning experience platforms.
- Guide HR to shift from process-driven to skills-driven models.
- Design end-to-end employee journeys for career growth, learning pathways, and performance cycles with a focus on consumer-grade employee experiences.
- Partner with solution engineers to configure scalable Workday Talent & Learning solutions.
- Integrate with external learning ecosystems and skills platforms.
- Lead prototyping and iterative solution design.
- Drive AI-powered skill inference, recommendations, and personalized learning journeys.
- Enable talent insights and workforce planning inputs.
- Own backlog, prioritization, and sprint outcomes.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, solution engineers, and offshore/onshore teams to drive product strategy, solution delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement for Workday Talent & Learning.
Requirements
- 10+ years in HR Tech with focus on Talent & Learning.
- Strong Workday expertise in Talent & Performance, Learning, and Skills Cloud.
- Experience in skills-based transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of performance management, succession planning, learning management, and learning experience platforms.
- Strong product mindset with roadmap ownership, storytelling ability, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ability to drive AI-enabled talent, skills, learning, and workforce planning capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Pay
$120,000 - $170,000 a year
