Member Financial Support Specialist

Description Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment by helping members with their banking needs. Answer questions, process transactions, and assist with accounts such as checking, savings, loans, credit cards, and IRAs. Build strong relationships with members by identifying solutions and recommending products and services that fit their goals. Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience prefer High end retail/fast food: Chickfila, Starbucks, Target, Best Buy HS Diploma with collections or call center experience Call center orientated fast pace with aggressive goals Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook Ability to navigate multiple systems Competent and well spoken people A lot of critical thinking (Sales) Administrative Thinking outside of the box, being resourceful Evaluate on what the member needs would be Communication skills, navigating multiple systems, ability to level with members. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
