Financial Services Specialist (Member Support)

About the role

Elevate Credit Union is seeking a full-time Financial Services Specialist to join the Member Support team in Brigham. The ideal candidate should enjoy helping people, solving problems, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with online and mobile banking questions
• Resolve debit/credit card or account concerns
• Research transaction issues
• Process account maintenance requests
• Review fraud alerts or suspicious activity
• Support daily account and payment processing functions
• Proactively contact members regarding fraud concerns, electronic services, and account-related matters
• Operate behind-the-scenes with detailed operational work
• Interact with members through phone and digital service channels

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of successful experience in banking, financial services, customer service, administrative, or other professional office environments
• Dependable, accountable, and has a proven history of reliability
• Professional and positive communication skills
• Sound judgment and follows established procedures
• Organized and can balance multiple systems, responsibilities, and requests
• Understanding of confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
• Experience with banking is helpful but not required

• Monday–Friday shifts between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays required (typically 1–2 per month, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
• Time off provided for Saturday work
