Member Experience Representative (Floating) - Dinuba/Hanford

Position Summary

The ideal candidate provides exceptional Member experience throughout our communities. Processes financial transactions, offers Member services, and identifies opportunities to cross-sell and refer Members to appropriate business partners.

Essential Duties

• Processes financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and general ledger entries.
• Maintains accurate records and balances daily transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provides services such as cashier’s checks, money orders, savings bonds, wire transfers, and additional sub-shares.
• Answers questions and directs Members to appropriate departments for specialized services.
• Identifies Members' needs, cross-sells, and refers Members to appropriate business partners.
• Recommends alternative channels like online, mobile, and digital solutions.
• Reports fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the credit union.
• Affixes receipts, clears blockages, and ensures proper operation of ATM and Teller Cash Dispenser units.
• Ensures confidentiality of all Member and credit union information.
• Efficiently and accurately processes all Member transactions on multiple systems.
• Maintains knowledge of products, fees, and policies, and makes product suggestions.
• Supports sales growth and meets branch-assigned and individual goals.
• May be required to travel to alternate work locations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
