Responsibilities
- Planning and managing patient care tailored to individual needs
- Serving as the eyes and ears of Registered Nurses and Physicians, performing ongoing and accurate assessments of vital signs
- Administering and monitoring patient medications and dressing changes
- Supervising nursing assistants and leading a team of nurses
- Identifying and resolving patient care issues within the care plan
- Administering intravenous medications and fluids, and caring for IV lines
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid LPN license
- Strong assessment skills
- Leadership ability
- Proficiency in medication administration
- IV care
