Responsibilities
- Plan and manage patient care tailored to individual needs
- Serve as a vital observer for Registered Nurses and Physicians
- Conduct accurate assessments of vital signs
- Administer and monitor medications and dressings
- Care for intravenous lines with medications and fluids
- Supervise nursing assistants and lead a team of nurses
- Ensure coordinated patient care
- Identify and address patient care issues
- Provide effective solutions to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Experience in medication administration, including IV therapy
- Leadership abilities to supervise nursing staff
- Problem-solving skills for patient care challenges
