Pay

Minimum starting wage is $22.48 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for increases after being signed off. Shift differentials of $1–$2 are also offered.

Schedule

Current scheduling needs: Full-time Swing shift, Tuesday through Saturday (1:45 pm–10:30 pm).

Requirements

• A commitment to Touchmark’s values and a desire to model them while encouraging others
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment
• Willingness to continue learning, improving skills, and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to lead a team of caregivers and provide support and guidance
• Professionalism, tact, and kindness when interacting with residents, family members, and guests
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work hard
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Must be 18 years or older

Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right person.
