Responsibilities

• Develop and price liens
• Create lien letters and dispute correspondence
• Perform ICD-9 and 10 decoding
• Handle error corrections
• Manage online document management
• Calculate penalty and interest
• Perform various system tasks
• Provide customer service via phone, fax, and mail

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• Comprehend workflows and state regulations
• Excellent customer service skills

• Medical and insurance terminology knowledge preferred
• Experience in a team environment
• Experience with ECOS and multiple lines of business preferred
• Claims adjusting experience preferred

Schedule

This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates who live near an office location will work in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday), while those who do not live near an office will have a remote work schedule.
