Duties and Responsibilities
- Present, share, and follow-up with local agencies with information on Long Term Services and Supports and Medicare Counseling for the MI Options, NWD program.
- Provide local outreach on the prevention of Medicare fraud, abuse, and errors, to Medicare beneficiaries, their caregivers and families for the SMP program.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One year of experience performing administrative support activities, equivalent to the 7-level in state service.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Regular use of computers.
- Extensive travel regionally in state to local senior centers, community centers, religious institutions, and other locations to provide presentations on long-term supports and services and Medicare fraud.
- This will include transporting computers and presentation equipment, as well as materials to and from presentations, including but not limited to cards, papers, and giveaway items.
- This will include presentations of up to an hour in front of audiences.

- No assigned responsibility.

- This position has a direct impact on the quality of services provided by MPHI to MDHHS.
