Medicare Program Coordinator

About the role

The Medicare Program Coordinator at Craniometrix will take ownership of itinerary coherence within non-clinical dementia-care navigation and Medicare GUIDE support for patients, families, caregivers, and providers. The position prioritizes accuracy and traceable follow-through over superficial speed to ensure dependable itinerary coherence: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Medicare Program Coordinator workflow by helping the team research missing destination or supplier details.
• Review the workflow by documenting pending items separately from confirmed plans.
• Maintain the workflow by updating itineraries when bookings or traveler requirements change.
• Track the workflow by assembling confirmed components into usable itineraries.
• Own the workflow by checking timing and sequencing across trip elements.

Skills

• Use Dementia Care Navigation Support and Medicare Program Coordinator Documentation confidently.
• Apply Destination Research without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Booking Integration decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Experience Planning, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$68,000 per year.
