Medicare Center Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a Medicare Center Coordinator to support Medicare Center operations by greeting customers, coordinating sales consultation appointments, maintaining customer records, and assisting with day-to-day store activities. This is a contract, onsite position in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the Medicare Center and direct them to the appropriate resource
- Coordinate and schedule Medicare sales consultation meetings
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment for customers and visitors
- Assist customers visiting the center for sales or support-related needs
- Create customer accounts and accurately enter information into CRM systems
- Set appropriate expectations regarding wait times and available customer service options
- Collaborate with the Medicare Center Manager to support daily operations and provide reporting updates
- Maintain inventory of sales collateral, refreshments, and other center supplies
- Participate in company-provided orientation, training, and job-shadowing programs

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to attend all required paid training programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
- Experience working in a retail, customer service, or administrative support environment
- Experience using CRM systems
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Pay
$15-$19 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
