Medical Telemetry Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview Provides direct patient care activities within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with team members, patients, and families, ensuring communication across care continuum. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to care. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.RN licensure required; no prior experience necessary, but 2 years of experience is preferred.Telemetry experience and BSN degree are advantageous.Ability to work safely and maintain alertness at all times.
