Location: Highland Park Hospital
Hours: Full Time, Night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a specific patient unit
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise and collaborate with unlicensed assistive personnel
- Communicate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Promote safety and high-quality patient experiences
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR Certification required
- Experience in nursing or CNA experience for new graduates preferred
Pay
Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80/hour, with potential increase to a minimum of $37.25
