Medical Technologist (Clinical Applications Support)

About the Role

A Medical Technologist position with a stable medical device manufacturer, offering training on products and operational support for lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and customer support for lab instrumentation, both in-person and online.
• Apply knowledge of QC/Westgard rules, CLSI validation protocols, IQCP, and regulatory standards.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• BS in Medical Technology or related field.
• MT (ASCP) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Must reside in the greater Oakland, CA area; no relocation provided.
