About the role
We are seeking a Medical Support Program Manager to oversee the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) Medical Support Assistant Services at the Mark O. Hatfield Clinical Research Center in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities
- Monitor staffing coverage and attendance.
- Cookordination recruitment and onboarding.
- Cookordination orientation and training.
- Implement sign-in tracking systems.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Review and approve timecards.
- Produce reports.
- Support Medical Support Assistant functions as necessary, such as scheduling, patient admissions, patient records, and clinical support.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
- A High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting working directly with patients.
- Basic medical terminology knowledge.
- Experience managing similar programs.
- Strong communication, staffing management, training oversight, customer service, and supervisory skills.

Pay
Normal working hours for this position will be from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.
Schedule
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
