Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of patient support services
- Coordinate with external partners to enhance service delivery
- Oversee staff training and development programs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management or related field
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and best practices
- Experience with healthcare software systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
