Medical Staffing Coordinator

Duties

• Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various positions
• Attract and retain CNAs, LPNs, or RNs to serve at the client’s hospital, nursing home, assisted living, correctional facility, hospice, or other medical facility
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process
• Facilitate the hiring process, including interviewing, candidate screening, and coaching candidates for client interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-call schedule with occasional holidays
