About the Role

Engage Pulmonologists and other key customers within an assigned geography, present clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue, and consistently deliver product goals. Demonstrate strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations related to product goals in a compliant manner with high integrity, strictly following all Regeneron policies and in compliance with all policies governing the promotion of pharmaceutical and biologic products in the US.

Location: Baltimore, MD — representative must reside within the territory (e.g., Baltimore, Dover, Bel Air).

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts in Pulmonary therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with Pulmonary health care professionals, including physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff, and key patient advocacy support groups.
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues and other field-based and home office teams to proactively address customer needs.
  • Analyze market dynamics and trends to develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
  • Participate in initiatives to support sales success, such as industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years selling in the Respiratory market and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinically-based selling skills and a results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of success in product launches.
  • Experience in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers, with the ability to partner and collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.
  • Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.

Pay

Salary Range (annually): $143,500.00 - $187,500.00.
